Lindsay Lohan and her brother Michael are reportedly close to winning a court case in which they were accused of stealing an idea for a fashion app.
Fima Potik alleged that he had been working on the app since 2013, but the siblings stole his idea last year.
The Mean Girls star's lawyer Ravi Batra has rebutted this claim, saying, "Fima has disobeyed three court orders to produce proof that he had a working app by June 2013, something he was never able to prove." He added that Potik was a 'spoiled little wannabe trust fund baby who wants to hang out with Lindsay and who got himself a lot of ink by suing.' If the Lohan siblings win the court case, they will be awarded $60 million (over Rs 396 crore).
